Keith began his role as lead pastor of Parkway Heights in June 2022. Keith has served in ministry for over 20 years in various United Methodist churches in Mississippi. He received his bachelor's degree from Ole Miss and his Master of Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary. Keith is married to Emily, who is a teacher for Petal Schools. They have three children, Ava, Kate Rivers and Asher. Keith enjoys photography, and he also loves computers and technology.

associate pastor/pastor of the fellowship for recovery & spirituality
David is one of the associate pastors at Parkway Heights. David leads the weekly services at the Fellowship for Recovery & Spirituality, Parkway Heights' Recovery Ministry. He is also responsible for all the support groups that meet at the Open Door facility. David and his wife Thu have three children, Quinn, Elijah and Kara.

Julie serves as executive pastor at Parkway Heights, working with volunteer coordination, Senior Adult Ministries and the staff in setting priorities and deadlines. She is also the leader of our Stephen Ministry program. Julie received her bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College and her Master of Religious Education and Sacred Music from Perkins School of Theology. An ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church, Julie has served for over 25 years in churches in Mississippi and Tennessee. Julie and her husband, Sid, have two children, Emily and Keith. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, cooking and reading.

Discipleship pastor
In her role as discipleship pastor, Susan helps create opportunities for learning, belonging and spiritual growth in small group settings. Along with preaching and teaching, Susan also leads spiritual formation retreats for women; assists in planning creative worship experiences for the congregation; and is co-creator, host and producer of the "Embodied Holiness" podcast. Susan holds a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wimore, KY, and is an ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church. When she’s not at the church or with family, you will probably find her at one of her favorite yoga studios. Lesley serves as Parkway Heights' director of Children's and Family Ministries. She oversees Preschool and Children's Ministries, including Sunday School and special events. She and her husband, Chris, have two children, Henry and Joseph. Lesley worked with children of all ages as a speech pathologist prior to serving at Parkway Heights.

Director of youth & family ministries
Alex Doleac is our director of Youth & Family Ministries. Alex holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from The University of Southern Mississippi. He worked in economic development and business before answering the call to ministry and coming on board at Parkway Heights in 2022. Alex is married to Hannah, and they have a son, Noah. Alex is also a commercial and lifestyle photographer and, as a former tennis player at Southern Miss, he pretends to still be a tennis player from time to time.

Wes Arrington coordinates local outreach ministries and acts as the liaison with our other missions. He is also responsible for maintenance of our facilities and coordinating building use by the community. Wes is married to Angela (A.J.) Arrington and has four children and four grandchildren and has been known to paint occasionally, especially watercolors.

As financial administrator, Amanda handles all accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and all financial reporting for the church. She is also responsible for human resources. Amanda is married to Chris, and they have one daughter, Kara.

executive secretary
Avril joined Parkway Heights as the executive secretary to the lead pastor in December 2014. In addition to her administrative assistant duties and serving as the first voice and face in the Church Office, her responsibilities include maintaining membership records, booking weddings, handling church correspondence, among many other various tasks. Avril is married to Bruce Sword.

Brooke is responsible for all church communication materials, such as the weekly bulletin, weekly e-news, monthly newsletter, brochures, booklets and other communication pieces. She also oversees social media, website and mobile app maintenance. Brooke received her bachelor's degree in communication from Mississippi State University and her master's degree in advertising and public relations from the University of Alabama. Brooke is married to Russ, and they have two children, Neal and Morgan.

Sam serves as leader of the Praise Band for our contemporary worship services. Sam is also a faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi and a musician who performs regularly with a variety of ensembles in South Mississippi.

As director of music, Greg conducts the Sanctuary Choir and leads the music each week for the traditional worship service and other special services. Greg is also a faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Pamela Fuller
organist/pianist
Pamela Fuller serves as our church organist/pianist during the Sanctuary worship service and special events. She has an extensive background in organ, piano and harpsichord music. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in piano performance and a Master of Music Education degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Master of Science in family and consumer studies. Pamela is the wife of Greg Fuller; and she has three daughters, Allison, Caitlin and Molly Grace Finch.

nursery supervisor
Nursery Supervisor Dana Ferguson manages the church nursery and supervises the nursery staff. Dana is a graduate of Southern Miss with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and she is a professional graphic artist. Before coming to Parkway Heights, she also taught preschool. Dana and her husband, Richard, have two daughters, Mia and Avery.
